If you would like to delete your Power & Sun Cloud account and associated personal data, please send a request to:
Please include your registered email address or username in the request.
Once we receive your request, we will verify the account ownership and process the account deletion request within a reasonable timeframe.
Data that will be deleted:
- User account details
- Login credentials
- Personal profile information associated with the account
Some information may be retained only where required for legal, security, compliance, or business record purposes.
